STRIP FRY is a mixture of Mung bean sprouts, chickpea and two types of lentil sprouts. It is specially composed to be prepared and served hot.
STRIP FRY sprouts contain large amounts of easily assimilable protein. This mixture is rich in folic acid, iron and zinc.
Fry the STRIP FRY sprouts in olive oil for a couple of minutes and spice them as you like - for instance pepper, caraway or fresh herbs (thyme, oregano). You can also stew it with various sauces, for example tomato or sweet & sour sauce (oriental dishes). After frying, they are crispy and delicious for pastas or salads.
